My raw material contains fresh leaves. Can I granulate it directly?

We do not recommend doing this. Fresh leaves can contain 45-70% moisture, which can cause machine blockage during pelleting. Furthermore, excessive moisture can make it difficult to unmold. Therefore, to ensure production efficiency, we generally recommend that you sun-dry the fresh leaves or use professional equipment to dry them before pelleting.

What Is the Leaf Pellet Making Machine Price?

The price of a leaf pellet mill generally ranges from $10,000 to $100,000. The specific price depends on the customer’s production volume, raw materials, equipment configuration, and process flow. The more complex the project, the higher the price will be.

Is there a promising future in using leaves to make biomass pellets?
