Cleaning raw materials
The first step is to clean the collected raw materials. Specialized cleaning equipment will remove dust and stones from the materials, preventing machine jams.

Raw material crushing
Next, we generally use a chipper and pulverizer to process the raw materials into powder, making it easier to feed them into the cotton stalk pellet machine. If your raw materials are already in powder form, you can skip this step.

Drying raw materials
Excessively moist raw materials can clog equipment during granulation and make them difficult to press. Therefore, if the cotton stalk raw material has too high a moisture content, it usually needs to be added to a dryer to remove the moisture.
