Feed extruders are available in two main types: twin-screw and single-screw. Their unique high-temperature extrusion process effectively kills pathogens in feed, producing high-end extruded feed with a thickness of 0.6-20mm. Suitable for processing high-end fish feed, poultry feed, and pet food.
Single-screw extruders offer wet and dry processing, with a simple structure, low investment, and suitability for small-scale feed plants. For continuous production, twin-screw extruders are ideal for high-protein, high-fat feeds, with capacities ranging from 0.2–12 T/H.

Grass pellet machine
This pelleting machine is designed to process lightweight materials. The forced feeding system ensures smooth pelleting of materials such as alfalfa, hemp, miscanthus, leaves, and hay. It is suitable for processing 6-12mm ruminant feed pellets and combustible pellets.
The anti-arching feeder forcibly disperses grassy materials, reducing the occurrence of material blockage and entanglement.

Biomass pellet machine
RICHI biomass pellet mills are used to produce 4-12mm biomass combustion pellets. They can efficiently process agricultural and forestry waste such as straw, wood chips, sawdust, rice husks, bagasse, peanut shells, and bamboo, maximizing the value of waste materials.
The biomass pellet mill relies entirely on physical extrusion. The high temperature of 90-105 degrees Celsius softens the lignin in the material, effectively binding the pellets. Compact, heat-resistant biomass pellets can be produced without the need for chemical binders.

Organic fertilizer pellet mill

RICHI Auxiliary equipment
In a pelletizing production line, the pellet machine serves as the primary equipment. However, additional auxiliary equipment is required to ensure a smoother pelletizing process and produce higher-quality pellets. RICHI offers complete production line equipment: cleaning, crushing, mixing, drying, cooling, screening, packaging, pelletizing, spraying, conveying, and silos. As for how to choose, our professional engineers focus on coordinating upstream and downstream processes to create a more efficient and stable production line.
Cleaning machine
We provide raw material cleaning machines, particle screening machines, and powder collection systems. These are primarily used to remove impurities from raw materials and dust from the workshop. Simultaneously, by screening out granular powder, we ensure the quality of the final product.

Crushing equipment is used for coarse crushing, fine crushing, and ultra-fine grinding of biomass materials, grain raw materials, and feed pellets. Main equipment includes hammer mills, chippers, wood chip crushers, pallet crushers…
mixing machine
Mixing equipment mainly includes single-shaft mixers, twin-shaft mixers, drum mixers, and molasses mixers. They can uniformly mix granular, flake, lumpy, powdery, mixed, and viscous materials.
Drying machine
RICHI has developed and manufactured belt dryers and rotary dryer machines for reducing moisture content in biomass and extruded feed pellets. These dryers can reduce high-moisture materials to between 2-15%.
Cooling machine
The cooling system lowers the temperature of freshly produced granules. It only takes 6-15 minutes to bring the material to room temperature. This not only strengthens the granules but also removes some of the high-humidity moisture, effectively extending the product’s shelf life.
Packaging machine
We offer fully automatic packaging scales that weigh, bag, and seal materials. Packaging sizes can be flexibly adjusted between 10–50 kg per batch, with packaging accuracy up to ±0.2%. Ideal for commercial feed production systems, these scales effectively improve product standardization while reducing labor costs.
Liquid addition equipment
We offer a variety of liquid coating equipment, primarily used for adding oils and fats to materials after extrusion and granulation. Our main equipment includes paddle-type liquid spraying systems, roller liquid addition systems, vacuum spraying systems, and simple spraying systems.
Conveying equipment
Depending on the specific production scenario and space required, we will select either horizontal or vertical conveying equipment for you. The main equipment includes bucket elevators, screw conveyors, scraper conveyors, and belt conveyors.
Ingredient scale
Primarily used for weighing different materials in a formula. Controlled by a PLC, it can accurately weigh materials ranging from 500-2000 kg. It offers fast dispensing speed and high precision.
