It also depends on the specific oil content. If the oil content of the raw material formula is greater than 8%, the pellet mill will easily slip during processing, affecting normal production. In this case, you need to reduce the oil ratio. If you want to increase the oil content, you can configure a sprayer to directly spray oil onto the porous granules, which will yield better results.
Speaking of which, the moisture content of the raw materials is also a relatively strict requirement for granulators. We recommend controlling the moisture content at around 24%-25%. If this is insufficient, water can be added during the mixing stage. This further promotes starch gelatinization during the high-temperature, high-pressure granulation process, allowing the granules to expand rapidly.
