In this case, you need to reduce the oil ratio. If you want to increase the oil content, you can configure a sprayer to directly spray oil onto the porous granules, which will yield better results.
Speaking of which, the moisture content of the raw materials is also a relatively strict requirement for granulators. We recommend controlling the moisture content at around 24%-25%. If this is insufficient, water can be added during the mixing stage.
