This belt drying machine primarily uses a unidirectional through-flow hot air drying mode. Hot air blows across the material layer from one side, with a fixed direction (up and down). Once the dryer reaches a certain humidity level, a dehumidifying fan draws away the humid air while simultaneously introducing dry, cool air. This reduces the risk of incomplete drying and subsequent mold growth.
It employs a multi-layer mesh belt design. The material moves repeatedly between the multiple mesh belts, achieving a maximum drying area of 58 square meters, suitable for small to medium-sized continuous production.

If you require higher drying consistency and desire efficient, low-consumption continuous production, consider the RICHI mesh belt circulating dryer. Drying 40 square meters of material simultaneously requires only 50KW of power. Hot air can be reused until a certain humidity level is reached; then, the dryer expels the humid air and introduces fresh, cool air. Applications of belt dryer machine
Belt dryer machine can dry various granular, strip-shaped, and flake-shaped products and raw materials. We’ve encountered this situation before: highly moist and viscous materials easily clog the conveyor belt, resulting in poor drying performance. As for how to connect them, it depends on whether the processing capacities of the upstream and downstream equipment are compatible. 2. Why does the material sometimes appear dry on one side and wet on the other?

Uneven hot air distribution or inconsistent material thickness generally causes this wet core condition.
You can consider the following reasons:
- Uneven hot air distribution. For example, if the airflow at the inlet is too high, the material dries too quickly, while areas further away from the hot air receive insufficient heat, resulting in damp material. You can adjust the temperature in zones on the control system. Alternatively, you can choose a belt-type circulating dryer, which allows for multi-angle drying.
- Uneven material distribution. Thinner areas will be too dry, while thicker areas will not allow moisture to escape, resulting in damp material.
Of course, it could also be due to unsuitable belt speed, improper temperature settings, etc.

3. Are belt dryer machines easy to repair?
