This is a small-scale cattle feed plant planning to set up a production line for cattle feed pellets. The raw materials consist of 50–80% forage, along with corn, wheat bran, and soybean meal. Given the nature of these materials, RICHI selected a single-shaft double-ribbon animal feed mixer machine for this project. Its kneading and mixing action effectively reduces the separation of forage and grain powders, ensuring a more uniform mixture. In addition, to reduce overall investment costs, we designed the mixer’s discharge port to be on the side.
